Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the tiny screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas to pursue the field of physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas and moved in Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles including local independent films and international commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew for the art of acting even in minor role. Following her move into New York, in 2001 she landed her first acting role for the television show All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 the small part she played was in JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in the year 2004 on the short film The Mountain. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to share the screen with some famous TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was featured in 85 episodes. Following a brief run, her character migrated onto Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her role as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards. The year 2008 was the time she was awarded an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performances in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Delko and wife to the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. She was the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. After just two episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The mother of the child is a Italian father, as well as an older brother Cory which is a year younger than her. Her family was a very traditional and religious one. Milano was first introduced to acting at age seven old. The babysitter took her along to the first audition. Milano was among four girls chosen from thousands of hopefuls. Milano was featured in television advertisements, off-Broadway productions and in the American premier of Jane Eyre.
